At the end of May 2019 the Nine Elms Park development team submitted a number of planning applications to the London Borough of Wandsworth in relation to the Linear Park and Plots A, E, F & G.

A detailed Drop-In Application was submitted for Plot A, seeking permission for a change of use from residential to a 12 storey, 19,149 sqm commercial office building, with a S73 application submitted to reflect minor amendments to Plots E, F & G. Reserved Matters Applications were also submitted for Plots E, F & G and the Linear Park, providing detailed information on the design proposals, including an increase in soft landscaping.
